Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India and to select international destinations including the UAE, USA, UK, Singapore, Australia, and Canada.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days (Free on orders above ₹50,000; ₹299 below)
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (₹499)
• Same-Day Delivery: Available in Mumbai, Delhi & Bangalore only (₹999), order before 12 PM
• International Shipping: 7–14 business days depending on destination

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Customised or engraved pieces may require an additional 3–5 business days for crafting before dispatch.

4. Packaging & Insurance

All shipments are packaged discreetly in tamper-proof, branded packaging and are fully insured against loss or damage in transit. A signature is required upon delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive an AWB tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order in real-time on our Track Order page.

6. Customs & Duties (International)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
