Sales, Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Sales Policy

• All products are IGI certified and are accompanied by detailed invoices.
• Making charges and GST are applicable as stated on the invoice.
• If full payment for gold is not made at the time of booking, the applicable gold rate will be the prevailing rate on the date when full payment is received.

2. Return Policy

• An 80% refund of the diamonds’ and 50% refund of the Lab Grown Polki’s prevailing market value, plus 100% of the gold’s prevailing market value, minus a 2% melting cost, after deducting making charges and GST.
• Items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition along with all original documents and certifications.
• In case of any discounts given during the original purchase on the metal and stone value, an equivalent amount shall be deducted from the market value.

Loss of Certification:

• Deduction of ₹2000 per carat if either the jewellery or the diamond IGI certificate is missing.
• Deduction of ₹4000 per carat if both the jewellery and the diamond IGI certificate are missing.
• For jewellery containing semi-precious stones, only the gold and diamond value will be refunded; the value of semi-precious stones will not be refunded or exchanged.

3. Exchange Policy

• First Exchange: 100% of the diamonds’ prevailing market value and 50% of Lab-Grown Polki’s prevailing market value for exchange, plus 100% of the current gold value minus 2% melting cost, with applicable deductions.
• Subsequent Exchanges: 80% of the diamond’s prevailing market value and 50% of Lab-Grown Polki’s prevailing market value for exchange, plus 100% of the current gold value minus 2% melting cost, with applicable deductions.
• The product selected in exchange must have equal or higher value of diamonds than the original purchase.
• The same certificate deduction policy as in the Return Policy applies.
• Exchange or buyback is strictly subject to presentation of the original invoice; Mirae Diamonds reserves the right to deny any exchange or buyback request in the absence of the original invoice.
• In case of any discounts given during the original purchase on the metal and stone value, an equivalent amount shall be deducted from the market value.

4. Customised Pieces

• Return and exchange of customised or made-to-order pieces will be subject to the specific design and at the sole discretion of Mirae Diamonds.
• Advances paid for customised pieces are non-refundable in the event of customer cancellation.
• At the company’s discretion, the customer may either select another product or receive a credit note for the advance amount, to be used within the stipulated validity period (if any).

5. Product Safety and Condition

• To remain eligible for return or exchange, products must be kept in their original condition. They must not be altered, resized, or otherwise modified by any external or unauthorised party after purchase.
• Products must not be tampered with, damaged, or subjected to improper use, storage, or handling; such actions may result in loss of eligibility for return, exchange, or warranty benefits.
• Returns and exchanges will be processed only after thorough inspection and confirmation of the product’s condition by Mirae Diamonds.
• The company reserves the right to decline any request if the product does not meet policy criteria.

6. Warranty and Service

• A 3-month warranty is provided for manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
• Lifetime complimentary maintenance and cleaning services are offered for Mirae Diamonds jewellery, as per the service standards and processes in place at the time of service.
• Repairs necessitated by wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised alterations are chargeable.
• Customers are required to use authorised Mirae Diamonds service centres or approved partners to maintain warranty coverage.

7. Inspection and Refund Mode

• All returns and exchanges are subject to and will be completed only after proper inspection and verification of the product by Mirae Diamonds.
• Mirae Diamonds reserves the right to determine the mode of payment for all approved refunds, and refunds will be issued using the payment method chosen at the sole discretion of the company.

8. Policy Modification Clause

• Mirae Diamonds reserves the right to modify, amend, or update the sales, return, exchange, and buyback policy at any time without prior notice.
• Any exceptions, relaxations, or special considerations to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Mirae Diamonds and will not constitute a waiver of policy terms for future transactions.

9. Jurisdiction

Any matter, claim, or dispute arising out of the transaction will be subject to the Indore Jurisdiction.
